	You will need	3 oz. margarine 2 0z. Castor sugar 1 tablespoon of golden syrup 1 small banana 1 large egg 1 1/2 oz. cocoa powder 5 oz. self raising flour 1 tablespoon of lemon juice 1 oz icing sugar
	What to do	Pre heat oven to gas mark 5 1. Beat margarine, sugar and syrup until fluffy. 2. Beat in the banana, egg and chocolate powder. 3. Fold in the flour and add a little milk. For topping: 4. Mix icing sugar with the lemon juice and spread over the top of the cake when it has cooled.
